Eggcitement Annual Egg Hunt - April

The hunt will be at Salmon Park. At 10:30 am and is for kids ages 3yr's - 5th grade. Bags will be provided for all participants to fill with lots of eggs.

San Juan River Balloon Rally - June

It is one weekend out of the year that the City of Bloomfield is definitely full of hot air. The annual San Juan River Balloon Rally, one of the most beautiful and unique events in our community, takes place in June each year. Bloomfield hosts the 3-day event that brings around 30 balloons to Bloomfield. The pilots, most of whom are regular participants in the rally, enjoy the community spirit the Bloomfield Rally provides and almost all of them say they are treated better at this rally than any other.

Bloomfield Days - September

Come and enjoy live entertainment, food, arts & crafts, vendors, games and more. The duck race takes place and you can purchase the winning rubber duck for $5.00 and win $500.00 for 1st place duck and other prizes down to 10th place. Bloomfield Santa in the Park - December

5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Bloomfield Multi- Cultural Center located on 1st St., Bloomfield, NM. Come visit Santa Clause and tell him what you want. Free pictures with Santa and his elves. The elves will hand out free coloring books and candy. Drive or walk thru Bloomfield to view our luminaries that line our streets and parks. Free hot air balloon tether outside the Cultural Center while you wait. Call the chamber office for more information (505)-632-0880.
